CDD Meeting Highlights
August 7, 2019
The Board of Supervisors approved the final budget, with the increase in assessments, for Fiscal Year 2019/2020.
The ADA website remediation proposals were discussed in detail and it was decided to table the discussion until the continuation meeting that is scheduled for Wednesday, August 21st at 9:30am.
A brief discussion and review on the Rizzetta Technology Services agreement resulted in approval based on District Counsel’s review.
Supervisor, Beth Edwards and the Lodge Manager, Tish Dobson, presented a Park Enhancement Project that included adding one Garden Swing at the Stoneleigh/Foxgrove Park and one at the Oakhurst/Woodsmere Park. Stoneleigh Park would also receive 2 Florida Red Maple trees and a new Sweet Viburnum Hedge line bordering the playground and the pond. Additionally, 1 Florida Red Maple tree would be installed at the Oakhurst/Woodsmere Park and 1 Florida Red Maple tree would be installed in Lodge front courtyard. The Board approved the project as presented.
Poolside shade was briefly discussed followed by the approval to add 3 Pergolas.
The District Engineer’s report reflected details and the time frame for the Fitness Center HVAC system upgrade. The upgrade is scheduled to begin on 9/13.
The meeting concluded after an update from the Lodge Manager on the lighting strike at the amenities.

Continuation Meeting Highlights
Campus Suite and ADA Site Compliance presented ADA website remediation options via video conference. After a Question and Answer session with both website vendors, the Board of Supervisors selected Campus Suite as the vendor to remediate the community website.
The meeting was adjourned after selecting Magnolia Audio Video as the vendor to replace the Theater projector.
The next CDD meeting is Wed., September 4th, at 9:30am, in the Activities Center.
