CDD Meeting Highlights
June 5, 2019
The District Engineer, Greg Woodcock, updated the Board on the status of the Fitness Center HVAC contract and the time frame of purchasing the materials.
There was a brief discussion with RedTree Landscape Systems regarding the irrigation, brown spots in the turf, scalping of the turf, and plant material pricing.
The Board discussed and approved adding additional poolside tables, chairs, and umbrellas.
The Board directed Staff to monitor CDD property for illegally parked vehicles and to enforce the CDD Towing Policy as approved by the Board.
The CDD website ADA remediation proposals will be reviewed during the July meeting. The option of inviting the vendors to attend the August meeting will be decided upon during the July meeting.
The Board concluded the meeting with a brief discussion on including references with the ADA website remediation proposals.
The next CDD meeting is Wed., July 3rd, at 9:30am, in the Activities Center.
