Splash Pad Renovation
Splash pad resurfacing has been completed and is awaiting final installation of fittings and bollard.
Ranger Station Repair Project
Ranger Station beam has been installed and support structure has been removed. Finishing detail work to be completed soon.
Floating Dock Repair or Replacement
CDD Board reviewed one proposal and discussed waiting for additional proposals for consideration in January. Kayaks and canoes will continue to be launched from shore. Board discussed and approved adding a launch mat or similar structure to improve usability.
Conservation Area Maintenance
CDD Board directed the community manager to schedule GHS Environmental to complete the selective maintenance of 9 conservation areas throughout the community.
Pool Signage Update
CDD Board approved replacement of required pool signage by Cooper Pools.
Pickleball
CDD Board approved painting of additional pickleball stripes on the second tennis court.
Gym Equipment Update
Gym equipment to be delivered in January and grand opening event and training to be scheduled by Event Team.
EGIS Insurance Workers Compensation
CDD Board approved the insurance policy to provide workers compensation to volunteers.
Lodge Events
CDD Board discussed lodge events with district management, amenity staff and community manager.
Rules & Regulations Update
CDD Board scheduled workshop to review lodge rules and regulations updates.
Paver Repairs
CDD Board approved additional paver repairs at US 41 entrance.
Wetlands Education Project
CDD Board approved the installation of storm drain markers on drains that drain to wetlands.
Expenditures & Minutes
CDD Board approves September O & M Expenditures and November meeting minutes.
